My Mission

Through personal development and self actualization, my mission is for you to move the needle in your life, more than you ever thought was possible.

If you're a vegan and are striving to live a better life, then you're in the right place.

I believe that the future is vegan - for the animals, for the environment, and for human health.

As the fastest growing social justice movement in history, we are at the forefront of change. We may be a minority, but we are rapidly disrupting industries worldwide, therefore the action you take in your personal and professional life is essential for the continued growth of the movement.

My role is support vegans that are seeking to become exceptional at what they do. I help my clients conquer the blocks that hold them back and discover the exact steps they need to take, to start exponentially moving the needle in all areas of their life so they can have a bigger impact.

Therapy VS Coaching

In a nutshell, traditional therapy tends to look back into the past for emotional resolutions, whereas Life Coaching is future focused on the path you need to take to reach your goals.

If you’re experiencing trauma, or are seeking a diagnosis, then traditional therapy would be the best option. If you’re looking to elevate all areas of your life and get to the next level, then Peak Performance Life Coaching would be a great fit.

Life Coaching is not about telling you what to do, it's about guiding you to find your own truths.

My Journey

My physical health was crumbling and my mental health was not far behind.

Add to that a job that wasn’t fulfilling and a crumbling relationship.

Suffice to say, things were not looking good.

Have you ever looked in the mirror and wonder what happened..?

“How did I get to this point?”

Rewind 7 years ago, that was me.

My bathroom was small, dimly lit and dirty - people called my house “the shed” for a reason.

I didn’t care, it was temporary and I was too drunk most of the time to even notice.

I closed the door behind me and tugged the rusty lock till it clicked shut.

I pulled the t-shirt over my head, dropped it on the dirty floor and looked up in the mirror.

I felt like a ship lost at sea, cast adrift from the rest of the world.

I didn’t know where I was going with my life, but I knew it couldn’t stay like this.

Every afternoon, I would reach into the freezer for the bottle of home brew.

I enjoyed the familiar sting of the frost-covered bottle on my hand.

I savored the bite on the back of my throat.

I welcomed the easing of my racing thoughts as my mind slipped into a haze.

I felt like a train wreck and my reflection confirmed that this was true.

I felt no connection to the man looking back at me, I didn’t even recognize him.

"Wouldn't it be nice to slip away and not deal with this?”, whispered a voice in my head.

68kg - Poor mindset and lifestyle.

83kg - A mental and physical transformation.

Through the thin bathroom walls, I could hear the muffled voices from the bar close by.

An alcoholic living next door to a bar, I was a genius - or so I thought.

Back in the mirror, my hollow eyes and blank stare was a reflection of how I felt on the inside.

I desperately wanted to get my life together again.

“You’re a failure, you don’t deserve that.”, the voice in my head piped up once again.

The voice in my head was as keen as ever to remind me of my inadequacy.

It was probably right, I thought.

I had tried to get myself together many times, but I always failed.

What was the point in trying again?

I started thinking about the bottle in the freezer again.

I didn’t know it at the time, but it would take another 5 years before I would change.

Before I would learn about nutrition, energy, mindset, habits, routines and purpose.

That journey also led me to living a vegan lifestyle and to begin caring about myself.

7 years have passed since I took that first photo and a lot has changed since then.

I’m a world away and I feel deep gratitude, as I know how different things could have been.

My only regret is not taking action sooner.
